The first scan can take 24 to 48 hours
A brand new tracking number often shows no information found for a day or two. That is normal. The carrier has the parcel, the number simply has not been scanned into the network yet. It does not mean anything is wrong.
Your tracking number is in the shipping email we sent you, the one with Shipped in the subject line. If you cannot find it, check your spam folder, then write to us.
If your parcel is late
Still nothing by day 14? Email us the word LATE and we resend your order at our cost.
